Exception At Address: 0x007EC9DA - Cracker - 18.09.2009

I have played Sa_mp like 1 year now, but i see that kind of error first time, and i havent got any result, how can fix this.
I have searched in sa-mp foorum, ******, but no where is posted help for that.
Im running on windows vista, and have tryed to run it also as "Administrator", tryed to delete "d3dx9_33.dll", reinstall like 3 times (samp+SP). Also have taken off wirewall, but still nothing. What else should i try?
