i can't play with this server

Ping: 603
Mode: GTA-SAN-RP
Map: Samp-Servers.com

but i have client for this server!why i can't play?

Well if i look at the ping that can be a factor.
And what exactly doesnt it do ?

well,i can't connect to server!the server say''connection rejected'' i don't have the that sa-mp version.i don't find the sa-mp 0.3 RC4 help me!

you posted an IP... we don't get IPs here, check the Server Advertisements, i know some people post up demos of there 0.3 beta Servers.
