Ehmm , First My English Its Bad But Need Yours Help Because , I see my own Server OFF

It shows it when I ignite samp-server.exe
Please Help Me I Use Windows Vista Its Not Compatible ?
I need Test My Script , And when turn on the samp-server dont crash the aplication , but not show my the server ON HELP ME

You have to keep 'samp-server.exe' open.

If, but though this one opened "samp-server.exe" do not see the Server "ON"
