announce = if the server should be shown in the master list of samp
like when u start ur clientbrowser n select internet ur server will be shown there if announce = 1 if its 0 it will not be shown

query = if there should be any info shown to other clients
if its 0
it will only show Retrieving Infos........
as Server Name and no ping or other infos.
