[MAP] Road Construction

This is a fairly small creation of mine. I used to use it on one of my servers and forgot about it, I just recently found it again so I thought I'd be nice and release it. It's nothing special, but great for role playing. It's simply a small little construction site on the side of a road in Pershing Square. It's almost in front of the LSPD.

It's good, but it isn't really a construction 'place'. It seems more of a public rubbish tip with cones around it.
