hay i was playing samp and i quitted it to change name :P then i started samp and connected to server a message popped out "microsoft visual c++ runtime error" and a thing was also written "the application has requested runtime to terminate it in a unusual way. please contact the application's support team for more information
what to do help samp!!!!

When you get Runtime error, you have to play with another PC User, otherwise i don't think it will work.

Delete your gta_sa.set from your "\My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\" folder and if that doesn't work then create a new user-account on your OS and play there.
