What that Does mean ?

Its because of your ping.

It was running OnPlayerConnect all over again because your connection timed out.

Maybe you do not have OnPlayerDisconnect, That says the player left? Then he joined again?

yes you can join at same time....... its called Lan party people have more than 1 computer in there house and they bring frinds over and play on a server.. but they all have same IP so yeah.. its nothing big, they just want to have fun
