hello ok i cannot see any servers on any list i only see them on favorate list and its all 9999 ping so i cant use them.. OMG!! help me

my computer was hacked by total noobs... they had full control my desktop picture was : WARNING you have a spyware on your blah blah fuykity eh i dont care cuz you wouldnt even know how to solve it so dont be talkin crap bro... your server is funny cuz you cant even run it HAHA!!
