I had that same problem
i guess they should have both different Local IP's

?
If yes then use those and it has to work

Set the routes on TCP/IP on the pc to metric 2 or w/e it is.
Or, Port forward on a router, n plug the pc into that router =) or
in server.cfg
add this line
bind 127.0.0.1
But change 127.0.0.1 to ur external IP
