Well when i tried using the Samp_debug it worked perfectly.. when i run gta_sa.exe it worked perfectly but! when i connect to a server and it gets past the gta sa loading screen it freezes (not the 1 with loading bar)

I would try reinstalling your gta.

Try Reinstalling samp, i guess it would work, as it happend at me too.
If this doesn't work, please show me an SS, i'll try ma best on helping ya.

If your game is just saying it on start-up, it could be some CLEO Mods you have installed or any sort of mod.

Download different GTA SA crack exe, if that does not fix it install GTA SA in a different folder.
That should fix it straight away.
