Firstly. I don't think that your problem is 0.3 related.
Secondly. Are you sure that actual skin is saved properly to the userfile? If so, so do you set the saved skin when player spawns or through SetSpawnInfo?

yes ofcorse and you see

PlayerInfo[i][pSkin] = GetPlayerSkin(i);
UpDateMyPlayers(i);

that sets the skin to what skin you are and

UpDateMyPlayers(i); saves it to users file

and they spawn throught saved skin it works fine if i log off then back on its works its only once i /gmx my server.
