How can i run the server, it doesnt reconize the file type of the 0.3 server

Make sure you have downloaded the package which corresponds with your Operating System.

And you must verify that you have the permission to execute the file, and make sure that you're also using something which allows you to execute the file (Like you can't just double-click samp-server.exe through FTP).

Nvm, my stuppid fault. In the topic the download info was sorted by this:

* sa-mp-0.3-RC*_beta_client.zip - 0.3 RC Client Installer
* samp03svr_RC*_win32.zip - 0.3 RC Windows Server and Pawn Compiler/Includes
* samp03svr_RC*.tar.gz - 0.3 RC Linux Server

But at the links itself it was this:

* sa-mp-0.3-RC*_beta_client.zip - 0.3 RC Client Installer
* samp03svr_RC*.tar.gz - 0.3 RC Linux Server
* samp03svr_RC*_win32.zip - 0.3 RC Windows Server and Pawn Compiler/Includes

So i downloaded the linux version instead of the windows one.
