Help Bit of a problem - derek wooo - 03.09.2009

Well i recently Downloaded a rip Copy of SA And im having trouble modding it is in spanish and i cant Seem to change to english I hope i can get SA-MP When i use the patcher It says has it installed correctly?? and it doesnt work for me :S

Illegal copies of San Andreas are not supported.
