There you can edit the map , to move objects , to create objects and more : )

you can use map editor to create objects but that interior thing im not sure use search in wiki

You can map the objects with a map editor, but you can't make you own new interior to use with SetPlayerInterior, tho you can use virtual worlds instead, if necessary.
