A friend and I have a server... and we encounter some little problems with a godfather mode.

Could any one give us a more... bugless Godfather mode or offer some "noobs" a little help? The first problems we encountered are that /D (departament) doesn't work and that the factions have no colors... No offence, I know we are noobs but i searched and found nothing. Please share us some of your wisdoms.
