Ive saw some thing called Game rank or something like this, with blue, and its shows the server, players, gm, and etc...

Its called Game Monitor, And I wanna ask how I can do that pic with my server details also?

Register at the Game-Monitor site and add your server to the listings, by clicking on the more tab then 'Add server'. Once it has been added, you should be able to search for your server. Click on the server, go to the image banners tab, there you can customise a banner and it will give you a link to it there. Hope that helps.
