Forwarding ports on Belkin F5D8233-4 ?? - DiVyDaN_[NH] - 30.08.2009

Hey guys, i been trying to host a server for a long time using my belkin router, but no luck.
It used to work fine using a netgear router but my parents bought the belkin one and ive read alot of topics about it and some say hosting a server doesn't work at all on a belkin router?

I didn't want to give up but i really cant figure it out i was hopeing someone on here knows what todo or knows if hosting actually doesnt work with belkin lol.

ive forwarded the port loads of times, ive tried all different ports but nothing works, portforward's tool thing says its not open or not reachable.

What's echolink? whatever port i forward it still says its not reachable.
ive tried 7778 and 7779 aswell because ive seen that port before but still nothing so i put it back to default.
