I need to make /robcar to rob locked cars and then have 2 wanted level

but how can i make that? When i lock car and you go to rob it you go press enter and see: Vehicle is Locked but when you write /robacr you have 50/50 % to rob it or no an when rob is failed then you see: The car rob is failed. And you have 2 wanted level but when you rob in the car then you see: Rob complete and to owner send message: yor car is robbed and and you have 2 wanted level. Please help. Sorry for my abd english
