ping 9999 - XRVX - 28.08.2009

if i want to join server is sais ping 9999
but the server is online
i reinstalled samp
restarted router/modem
restarted pc
allowed samp in firewall and antivirus
doesnt help
what can i do

Maybey the server isnt online anymore ?
Or maybey they changed ip ?
Cause 9999 means it isnt online or that your banned.

Did you say this is one specific server or all servers? If it's more than one server it sounds like another internet problem to me.
