Hello,

There is possible to do blinker system?
Last time I did it, it was only with SendClientMessage

In the single player, The blinkers are lighting.
Is that possible to do it in sa-mp?

This you probably the closest thing you'll come of creating blinkers. Unless you attach lights to the car and simultaniously destroying and recreating them
