can someone tell me how to make a turf map (without Fs or gm) like from paint.. I need transparent colors ..

You are doing something wrong. The function on wiki is perfectly explained.

i dont want to script it!!!!!!!i put this topic in general for a reason! some idiot moved it here. I want to make a map using paint or somthing, But how do i make it TRANSPARENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Use something better than paint, draw in the area you want and then lower the opacity.

No, unless you have Windows 7, where I think it might be possible, but I don't remember.
Try this
http://www.gimp.org/, it should be able to do it. If it's like Photoshop, then just make a layer for each turf you want, select the area and use the fill tool to make that area coloured. Then change the opacity with the slider.
