Well my ga sa server that im hosting it wont show up on anything else but internet list anyone kno why?

make sure your using a static ip

The internet list is the only place it should show.
The favourites are defined by you, a place on the hosted list is purchased from serverFFS and the official list is for official servers only.

Forward your ports then goto www.whatismyip.com and theres your extrenal IP that everyone plays off

You shoud pay a host. That's the best deal for everyone who want to have their own Servs.
I suggest KingJ Hosting.
Anyway...if you can't afford a host then also download portchecker after you portforwarded your IP to check if it's open.
