[Help] PRoblem running SA:MP[Help] - groveST4Life - 22.08.2009

Ok well, before i installed SA:MP i was playing GTA SA Singleplayer fine. But when I install SA:MP, I know Singleplayer wont work, but SA:MP Doesnt Work either.
Then i Did Alt+CTRL+Delete, and I went to process's and gta_sa.exe is running but no window came up.
I just redownloaded and still dont work.
Any one know the cause?

'My Documents' -> 'GTA San Andreas User Files' -> Delete 'gta.set' and try starting it.
