[Help] English and Hebrew - borisblat - 21.08.2009

I used the Chat Bot script that posted here...
anyway, i improved him a bit + translated all to hebrew,
now when you write "Admin"
he sepose to say: /Admins - to online admins..
but when i change it to hebrew, and type it on hebrew,
it doesn't respone .. why?
