Show us where you've placed your #include <a_samp> in the script you're compiling there.
Also, wrong section. Moderator move this to Scripting Discussions.

I think I need a new a_samp.inc file if you can upload that I will see if it fixes it.

For some reason I now have another 2 errors, let me post them.

Okay I fixed it now my only error is

Its easy error...
symbol already defined: "print" in 33 row.
symbol already defined: "printf" in 34 row.
You defined this 2x
