What exactly do you mean? Do you mean forum, or in-game? If you mean in-game, try to type '/register'. It depends on the server got a registering system in that case.

Type /register (any password like 1234567) ,then /login (ur password same which u typed in /register 1234567)

Some servers don't require/have a registration system, you may be able to simply connect and play. If it does, it will most likely give you the information needed to register (such as use /register [password] or go to a website to register).
If there any problems with registering you should really ask for support on the server website
