Laggy specing system - Cracker - 20.08.2009

Im useing LARP script and if im useing /specplayer ID i can see hem moving like 2 sec normal and 10 sec lagg move (like disconnected)
Any idea how it can be fixed? im ready to disable it in adminspec and in server scipt to get any help to fix it.
If its needed for helping i can upload specplayer pastepin links.
