how can i do that if player is killing someone with heli or trampling the killer will fly 1000 meters above where he was and will eject from his car?

Detecting if someone is killed by a plane or car, followed by SetPlayerPos'ing them 1000 in the air and RemovePlayerFromVehicle if they are in a vehicle, but this wont stop them from doing it, it will simply punish them for having done it

if he is killing other people with what that i says.it will make him sky dive 1000 meters above his place,and he cant do any commands until he is dying
