ok ive tried everything i got my ip adress which is
96.250.713.710
and i open up the CMDS but when i go to GTA SAMP i always see
HostName: (Retrieving info...) 96.250.173.170:7777
!!!HELP!!!

You cant use your own ip adress if you want to add them to your favourites, use localhost, or you ip by typing in the (start>run>cmd) ipconfig.

My local ip
192.168.1.2

My computer ip
located at top

the thing is that when i use my local ip i see my gamemode in gta samp but no one else can see it when they sign on but when i use the other ip i see the retriving info thing which one do i use

p.s. i just did what u said but it still doesnt show on the internet list

It doesn't show up on the internet list if its hosted on the same pc or network, you just give your ip what you have by using www.myip.com to your friends, and you just use 'localhost' (without the quotes)
Theirs also a handy tool to see if your server is really online and in the internet list, use this:http://www.typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/

its says retreiving info, that means you didnt' opened up your ports correctly, next time check if by using this http://www.typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/
