I cant find these objects.Also I want this "DisableInteriorEnterExits();" to work only for specific houses

I don't think it's hard to get MTA RACE EDITOR and find this.

Plus there is no object as basketball stuff on your picture.

You can't choose specific houses with DisableInteriorEnterExits();, you have to put some objects infront of those you don't want to.
