Admin system problems - _Vortex - 17.08.2009

So, im coding my own admin system from this tutorial:

And when I register, log out to make my self admin and log back in again it tells me to log in cause im registered, but when i try to log in it says "You must register before doing this" so i tried registering again and it worked and I still had my rank and all..

How do I fix this?

Also, how do I make it so if someone doesnt log in if they're registered it doesn't spawn them?
