[HELP]restarting problem - HuRRiCaNe - 17.08.2009

When i restart my server
on the class selection sometimes i fall no where or i cannot choose skin ,why is this problem?

That has to do with OnPlayerConnect As I assume and one of the codes are fucked up there.
