im using a laptop for samp and my pg up and pg down buttons are on my arrows what i do now

Go to your settings and change your controls configuration if it's a problem for you in-game.

Well... I cant delete the forward button from ym settings how i do it

I'm not sure what you mean but;

You can hover your cursor over the line you want and press backspace to clear all of the controls for that line, then just assign the ones you want.

You can't click, just press backspace and it removes all of the controls when it's highlighted in blue.
