[Help]GF BUG - GiP_YossI - 12.08.2009

I have the regular GF mod running on my private server
now i registered and everything,and i have some quastion
how do i make myself a cop[the highest level]?
what is the maximum player level?
what is the maximum admin level?
where can i get a licesens?
And the last:
why when i try to edit my account,it's workds-but after that the password change and i don't know what is...
i wanna change the password in the register command,that will be extacly how you write it, that how it saved.
sorry for my bad english, i'm from Israel.
