duh your giving him your internal IP - you need to give him your COMPUTERS IP
and have you portforwarded etc?
if not, i suggest searching for it

furst of all tell the hoster to go here http://whatismyipaddress.com/?gclid=...FQoUzAodgyashA and check his internet IP and this IP what you brother telled you is lan server IP and your frends cant join if ther not on you lan network so tell the hoster to check his internet IP and if its real you all will be able to play if it dont work upload you GM and let us check it for mistake's

That seems to be your computer local IP address... Try the public one
