Is it possible to unban a single name? -Like a white and black list?

I have someone who needs to be banned with a range ban but someone who shouldn't be banned falls into it too.

Just use an ban fliterscript, something that is organized and is easy to use?, and does range bans ive seen a few..

This has a whitelist and a blacklist if i aint mistaken, it does on my server anyways.
