Help me get my server online - Guardian - 10.08.2009

Sorry for posting this again but the reply to my previous topic were no help at all.

Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to get my server online. I already started searching on how to get the server online but does not help, I even read the one on Sa-mp forums but when i reached the how to get the server online part it wouldn't let me click on the link to show how. Can you help me out here on how to get the sa-mp server online.

Go here www.sa-mp.com/download

Download the SA-MP 0.2X Windows Server

It should take a few seconds, and then you'll have a .rar file. Unrar it and you'll get a map.

In there, you have to open the file called server.cfg - Open it with notepad.

Change the password 'changeme' to your password.
You can let the port as it is, 7777
Hostname is the name of your server, name it to anything you want.
Click save since you have to overwrite this file and then close it.

Now turning on the server

In the map, find samp-server.exe.
Double click on it and it should open and stay there. Do not close it, or the server will be off.
Now to see if it's really online, go to www.whatismyrealip.com.

Copy the IP, go to samp and add to your favourites 'YOUR IP:7777'
If your server will be online, ask a friend if he can see it.
