News section on a website - matdav - 10.08.2009

Hello,
i was wondering how to make a news section on my webpage wich u type your news
then there a section on homepage like a square
then u click on read more and u got all the news
and the square thingy are image that u can change and
it read only like the first 20-30 words
if u can help me i will appriciate it very much

but yeah cms would work better for you
