Server command help - Carl_Brown - 09.08.2009

I am current;y using the Godfather RP for my server, but i cannot find a list of commands anywhere. Could anyone tell me where to find them? Also can anyone give me a list of the different factions (i.e cops grove street mafia) because i only no that 2 is fbi and 11 is driving instructor.

Edit: I also need help with giving myself i license, i have made myself an instructor, i did /givelicense 0 but it says "Only rank 3 or higher can giveaway a license".
