Usual problem when server is under ddos, bot or any other kind of attack. Solution is to keep trying until you get your slot.

I can remember when MM was ddosed and you had to connect and wait around 5 minutes

Check for a large flood of traffic to your server of length 11, 13, and 15 UDP packets.

tcpdump -n | grep "length 11" | grep "IP 91.121.209.20:3600"

It's a commandline for Linux systems. Enter it in the terminal if you have access.

Re: Problem with - The Server is Full. - TopeK - 10.08.2009

this is some scary shit, it comes from *.neoplus.adsl.tpnet.pl
i was asking in serverFFS about blocking whole neoplus for my server, and they said this is impossible is this true?
I think one year ago whole *.neoplus was banned for sa-mp

hi , the server full is only a flooding ip bot you cant put a rule no more of 7 conections in the port 7777

but is a only 1 ip you cant drop whit iptables -I INPUT -s IP -j DROP

good lock but if you have a small or medium ddos contact me and we help you greetings,
