SA-MP in a sense will never end. There will never be some date where SA-MP just time bombs. As long as there are people who want to play there can always be servers which you can access via your server list.

As for the master server I am sure it has a long long life ahead of it.

I still player Quake 1 MP from time to time. That game is older than a bunch of you.

SAMP isn't going anywhere.

maybey if they make the new gta so good and with a solid multiplayer allot of people might stop playing samp and go to the new gta.
and then the creators of samp would not see the point of making it any further.

so i hope for once that rockstar wil fail hard xD

but myself i think samp will stop one day.
not that i want it to but im just being real.

thank you all 4 your replies. But i think san andreas is like the biggest gta game out. Well i know alot of people say gta 4 is way better
but i dont think it will ever make it as far as sa-mp has on pc.

i think cause more then half has a pc that cant run gta4 or dont own a 360 or ps3.
so they stick to samp but i know if you would give them a change they would play gta4.

just my opinion.

SA is the last "original" GTA from this series. GTA IV is like attempt to clone real life experience, but SA is like; take a car and shoot around. IV is also harder to play because you need much better comp and also game experience is more real.

SA:MP won't die anytime soon until all the servers get owned by GF no-edits

that sounds realistic but there will always be guys who will do hard work on their server and not download and run GF and tell that they made it xD,there will always be players on SA-MP so it will never day not tomorrow at least or next year (lets hope it wont)

gta iv is too buggy,
perhaps rockstar will make something like san andreas based off the gta iv engine, and then a multiplayer mod shall be released for that , prolly going to happen in like 5 years ><

yeah i think gta 4 is way more complicated than gta san andreas. Like you have your own cellphone and crap like that
they went way far off with gta 4. They made everything like it would be in real life besides everyone going around shooting each other 4 no
