To be honest, you probably better off looking for a filterscript with a tuning garage. Mainly because it can be a lot of work creating one.

I actually don't think you can unless its a teleporting checkpoint to a "real" one inside your created one.

and if you want to create your own whole menu go ahead but it isnt easy.

Also, the garage is one whole object id i believe, so it's easy to place another!
