Intel GMA 950 crashing - WatTwo - 08.08.2009

well ive been playing samp on my pc for about 3 months now (have had samp for a year, different pc), no problems, now my screen seems to flicker in spots at random, last night my samp crashed and my screen went crazy.

could it be destroying my video card?
