TDM Help - SG_Brian - 06.08.2009

I Got Army vs Terrorists but how do i make like:
when all Terrorists are dead(if you die you cant spawn(jail)) it Restarts with message: The S.W.A.T. has arrested the terrorists and resqeud the hostages
And when SWAT is dead(cant respawn too) it restarts too with message: S.W.A.T. Has Failed.. Restarting training
