i wan to play sa mp with c buc but how?

Do you mean 'C-Bug' ?
If so, while shooting press 'C' to evoid the animation, which will result in a increase of fire rate, and the decrease of accuracy (precision).

You gotta press C and then stand up rapidly.
So shoot-crouch-standup. And repeat that. Be aware it's not allowed everywhere, you might also be banned.
