Problem with animated .GIF's - Guedes747 - 31.07.2009

Hi, i have a small issues with online animated gif's, i tryed to upload 8 images (.gif type) to make a animated .gif, and, wen i downloaded to my computer it was not even close to a slideshow, the picture didn't moved at all, soo im asking, if you know any good online gif creators or tool programs to make animated gifs, please reply.

Uhh, you can even do it with Photoshop (if you have it)
