SA-MP doesn't support cheats.
Go to http://iwontcheat.com instead.

cheater sucks ! but you can make commands or text's in chat like cheats...

but Cheats are for people who cant get through life and thing its fun to cheat to get passed everything when others work hard, and its unfair cause were getting pissed off your cheating and your having fun jerkin off. Cheats are Gay
