Announcement Messages in TextDraw

Script Comments
First of all i make this cause i hear about some announcement messages.
I was thing to make one but it was pretty easy, So i make it in TextDraw.
Script Type
- Filterscript
Script Features
This FilterScript send messages every 5 minutes.Each Message will hide in 15 seconds.You can change.
The color of the message is blue ( you can change it )

Script Installation
Just put MSGS.pwn & MSGS.amx in your Filterscripts folder and add MSGS on Server.cfg.
