Can someone help me please?

it says
Is server online - No
Is server in internet list - Yes
Is server in hosted list - No
Is server in official list - No
I've tried so many times. I port forward correctly. I put Inbound port 7777 and Private port 7777
with both UDP & TCP and put in IP addressee ending number 100.
