SA-MP problem - Fratko - 26.07.2009

When i install SA:MP and try to run it on any server some Runtime error....i don't know what to do, i've tried reinstalling SA:MP reinstalling GTA:SA i've tried all possible untill now i was asking for tips on LS-RP now i'm asking you guys...

Anyway this is what pops up to me....

I've done everything what i see in those sites...No freaking working, why does it happend to me everytime....
